LPSE or E-procurement Services is the organizer of electronic procurement system of government goods/services. LPSE itself operates an e-procurement system called SPSE (Electronic Procurement System) developed by LKPP (Government Procurement Policy Institute). LPSE is often confused with an e-procurement system.
Implementation of e-procurement in Indonesia was assigned to the Government Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP, http://www.lkpp.go.id/) LKPP develops a free license-based Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) to apply all government agencies in Indonesia Started in 2008 by 11 agencies and in 2013 it has 573 K/L/D/I (ministries/institutions/regions/agencies) that have LPSE.
