Regulation of Tuition Fee (UKT)

Provisions in Re-Enacting the Tuition Fee (UKT) are as follows:

  1. Parents/students’ representatives/guardians are died;
  2. Parents/students’ representatives/guardians have prolonged illness or accident which causes they can no longer serve as the backbone of the family;
  3. Parents/students’ representatives/guardians have lost the job due to some reasons, e.g, work termination, pensions, natural disasters or other force majuere;
  4. The student applied re-enactment of UKT  must be UNIB’s student who is accepted through SNMPTN and SBMPTN;
  5. Re-enactment is only due to the students who have UKT in group 4 and 5 .

The students completing the provisions above should apply the application of re-enactment in written form to Rector along with the addition files below :

  1. Photo copy of Family Card legalized by the Local Sub-District Office;
  2. Photo copy of the Death Certificate legalized by the Population and Civil Registration Agency or;
  3. Sick / Disabled Letter from Regency/City Hospital or;
  4. Work termination letter from the work place legalized by the Labor Offices or;
  5. Pension Letter from the work place legalized by the Authorized Agency or;
  6. Letter of natural disaster victims or other force majuere from the Regional Disaster Management Agency;
  7. Pictures of the house (front, side and back look) known by Ketua RT.
