To achieve a world class university, UNIB is not only sending students to study abroad, but also accepts and increasingly becomes the goal of foreign students to study through internships, courses, seminars, and so on.

UNIB received three students of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUSTV) from Thailand who conducted internship for 2 months at Faculty of Agriculture.

Head of Partnership and International Affairs, Yansen, Ph.D, told the Public Relations Team on Wednesday (1/5/2019) that the three students of RMUTSV Thai were Mr. Rawat Ninmol, Mr. Natapong Janklab and Ms. Wassana Surakambang.

They carry out an internship program at Faculty of Agriculture for 2 months, from April to June 2019,” he said.

Yansen said that the three foreign students were well received and full of friendship by Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Heri Putranto. Then it was also received by the supervisor from Social Sciences and Animal Husbandry Study Program.

Faculty of Agriculture has also prepared a program in the form of class distribution, practice activities on the plantation and the implementation of community service. The three foreign students will socialize and study together with UNIB students.

This activity added by Yansen, was an implementation of the MoU between UNIB and RMUSTV. This year, UNIB will also send students to internship at RMUSTV Thailand for 1 month in student mobility and sending lecturers to RMUSTV in the staff mobility program.[Hms1/ksli].
