Bureau of PPK

This bureau has main task which is to give services in terms of planning, learning, student affairs and alumni. In order to successfully accomplish the tasks, the Planning, Learning, and Student Affairs Bureau has functioned as followings:

  1. An implementer of plan preparation, programme, and budget.
  2. An implementer of evaluation of programme implementation and budget.
  3. An implementer of preparation of a plan for UNIB development planning.
  4. An implementer of learning service.
  5. An implementer of student registration; and
  6. An implementer of active students and alumni services.

The organisational structure of Planning, Learning and Student Affairs Bureau consists of:

  1. a) Division of Planning

The Division of Planning has functioned as:

  1. A collector and Processor of data and information.
  2. A presenter of data and information.
  3. A provider of data and information services.
  4. An implementer of plan preparation, programme, and budget.
  5. An evaluator of plan implementation, programme, and budget.

Division of Planning consists of:

  • A subdivision of Data and Information.
  • A subdivision of Program planning and Budgeting.
  • A subdivision of evaluation of programme implementation and budget.
  1. b) Division of Learning.

Division of Learning has a main task to implement service and learning evaluation, student registration and utilisation of learning facilities.  The Division of Learning has functioned as:

  1. An implementer of learning service.
  2. An implementer of utilisation of learning facilities.
  3. An implementer of student registration.
  4. An implementer of learning activity evaluation.

 

Division of Learning consists of

  • A Subdivision of Learning Management.
  • A Subdivision of Registration; and
  • A Subdivision of Learning Evaluation.
  1. c) Division of Student Affairs

Division of Student Affairs has main task to give services for student affair and alumni, functions as:

  1. An implementer of Administration in Student Creativity.
  2. An implementer of administration of student affairs.
  3. An implementer of student prosperity.
  4. An implementer of student information management.
  5. An implementer of alumni administration.

Division of Student Affairs consists of

  • A Subdivision of Student Creativity and Information; and

A Subdivision of Student Prosperity
